New Network for Event Planners Open to Renting Vacant Luxury Home

In our current economy luxury items seem out of reach to so many Americans. We are cutting back on things we do regularly, such as going out to eat, seeing a movie, and travel. Purchasing that special luxury item may be a dream at this point for some of us, and getting your hands on that extra "bling" may sound to most people as "extremely wasteful" in our current hard economy.

The good news is, I have read about a very old idea, with a unique spin, that solves the problem of "I can't afford this!"

Sharing!

There are actually people getting together to pool their money to purchase a luxury item ranging from boats to a $37,000 diamond necklace. Each person will take a turn at using the luxury item, which gives everyone an opportunity to enjoy "fine things" at a fraction of a cost. Of course, you have be with people who can be trusted with taking care of the item. I was inspired to start a networking site on ning.com to bring together realtors/owners of vacant/ unsold luxury homes that can be legally rented out for special events....combining a type of sharing with bringing in an active cash flow (economical rental price for space) for the realtor/homeowner. See, sharing can be very beneficial to all parties involved. Maybe there are other ways that event managers and those who want to have a special event can benefit from sharing. This is a great solution for "having your cake and eating it too", having fine things and giving the best to others as well.

So, I guess my kindergarten teacher was right...It is good to share.
