I work for a trade association known as ESSA under the EIA. (Events Industry Alliance).
ESSA (The Event Supplier & Services Association) is a vibrant and proactive association looking after its members and is committed to delivering value by providing advice to help them run their businesses, providing the community with parity of voice within the events industry, and tackling industry issues. ESSA members are given the opportunity to work the industry peers to coordinate, set and adhere to 'best practice' standards. Members are kept informed of government/legislative, or any other relevant issues that may affect their business and have access to information (research and employment) support and advice that may help their business. They also have the opportunity to promote themselves to the wider event community and to grow their business by being listed as an approved supplier.
