Anyone got experience of working in Exhibition Centres in India? For the rest of the world I would appoint contractors and manage them from our office in the UK but in Hyderabad they are suggesting that they can appoint and manage the whole lot. Sounds nice and easy but the Indians can be a bit slow - so who will get the best from the contractors, us or the venue? Any input welcome.

I was away in Australia and Tokyo for 4 and a half weeks over Christmas and New Year which was fantastic but I'm finding it's taking me a little while to get back into the swing of things!

We are pretty excited about this as it will be the first session and Jo Smith (trainer for the course) has done a really good job on putting the session together.
