Hi Mike, I used to use ACT to prospect manage, merge mail and send email, was okay for a while but kept crashing on emails. I've been using a piece of software for the last few years called Email Marketing Director made by a company called Arial Software (state-side). Paid $299 and now store all my email marketing lists in there and use ACT for post mail merges (don't use much nowadays).
