Ask For Help In Gathering Marketing Ideas for Music and Global Outreach Event

Hello. I am new to the group. I would like to share an event that I am organizing to officially begin this November; however, run throughout 2010 with the largest events in the early through late summer. This will be a concert/music event series that will use a portion of sales to support three non profits. I would love to speak more about it to the people in this group, and get valuable feedback. I have worked with event planning as part of teams for city festival, art museum, and university events and programs; however, I am always looking for good ideas and marketing techniques. My personal stronger points are setting the vision, being a hospitable hostess to make the attendees feel welcomed, and media relations.
