Your Man in France

I am considering moving permanantly to France (had a place in the south for holidays up till now) and thought with my significant experience of shows and events I could offer my services to UK Constructors to look after their crews during build up in French Exhibition halls, or other venues.
I would research and book good (economic of course) accommodation, ferry them to and from the halls, liaise with show organisers on site (Sometimes a harrowing experience especially if you dont speak french), liaise with transport, help with food (lunch avoiding stunningly expensive in hall grub, organise local restaurants and bars) - and generally be their bloke in France!
Any comments, help and advice would be welcome.
