Online conference delegate management

Having unsuccessfully tried a number of systems in the past we are looking for strong recommendations for a reasonably priced online delegate management system. In simplified terms this needs to include global access for any number of delegates across the world to register their personal requirements such as accommodation, dietary needs and travel plans etc. with the ability to run regular reports. Can anybody recommend a suitable starting point?

Hi Alan,
I used to work for Shanghai International Conference Management Organization. We developed an online registration and reservation system for international conferences and tested it on one of my international medical conference. The system is now in updating and will be launched again in Sepetember and applied to another international medical meeting from 1st, October. Hi Alan

I realise that this post has been on line for a while now (I have only just found this site!) so not sure if you are still looking for a solution. However, we had a similar problem and as a result we have now developed our own on-line delegate managment solution that we sell to clients. The beauty is that you only pay for what you use and you are able to access the reporting in a "real time" situation which means that you are not reliant on anyone else to generate the information you need. I work for a company called Delegate Management Services (part of the Grass Roots organisation) and what you describe is pretty much what we've been doing for nearly 15 years for various clients. Some with basic requirements, others with very sophisticated needs. Hi Alan, we have a system called rsvp-online, details on website www.rsvp-online.co.uk . From our own experience, this works brilliantly and is very flexible and straightforward to use. Call and speak to Philip Milne on 0207 378 2900 and he will talk you through it.
