Had a(nother) call today from an unhappy event organiser who is being forced to use the exhibition hall's in-house catering service. I'm told their quote is double the price, half the quality and the customer service is sour. The venue won't even take a corkage payment and the organiser is fuming and feeling fleeced.
Surely it's time to shake up the system....? Join me and my client in protest.
